Seasonal Chapter
One focused seasonal visit. Boots in the dirt. Presence in the vineyard and cellar at a key moment in the annual cycle — pruning, budbreak, harvest, élevage. Raw footage, honest editing, private screening at the estate.

European vineyards. Regenerative winemakers.

I navigate between European vineyards as a sommelier and audiovisual designer. I work with winemakers, document their natural and regenerative practices, and shape the raw footage into honest documentaries, live events, and multisensorial installations that connect people to living vineyards.
Unlike filmmakers who arrive only to shoot, I return across the seasons — living the slow, repeating rhythms of the vineyard and cellar through prolonged presence and careful observation. From these extended periods of shared seasonal work, I gather field notes of vineyard microdiversity, soil life, spontaneous fermentation, and the quiet synergies between human care and the rhythms of nature.
These lived moments are shaped through deep immersive documentary making into honest, sensory-rich films and multisensorial installations — contemplative works that reveal the subtle dialogue of the land without staging or exaggeration.
Documented with care, shaped into art, and shared for the microdiversity of the vineyards and the chain of likeminded souls who nurture this year-long coexistence.
The land reveals itself slowly.
So does the work.
Returning across the seasons to observe, work alongside, and document regenerative practices as they unfold in real time. No scripts, no staging — only what the land and the people reveal across the cycle.
One focused seasonal visit. Boots in the dirt. Presence in the vineyard and cellar at a key moment in the annual cycle — pruning, budbreak, harvest, élevage. Raw footage, honest editing, private screening at the estate.
Multiple visits across the four seasons — the complete cycle documented from dormancy to bottling. The living dialogue between human care and the rhythms of the land, observed without interruption.
A multisensorial work built from real footage gathered across the seasons — image and spatial sound from the vineyard and cellar. For private estate screenings or selected intimate venues.
First work
Les Clos Perdus · Corbières
The installation is assembled from source material gathered during a Year-Long Portrait or Seasonal Chapter — hours of real footage reduced to a twenty-minute multisensorial work.
Sound from the field fills the room spatially. The image follows the same rhythm — observational, unhurried, true to the pace at which the work actually happens.
For Regenerative Winemakers
Built from source material gathered during your Seasonal Chapter or Year-Long Portrait. For a private screening at your estate or in a selected intimate venue — a wine bar, a restaurant, a cooperative cellar, a gallery.
For Conscious Terroir Seekers
Public screenings announced through Field Notes. Tickets available at the door or on request.
Small journeys organised together with a winemaker. Maximum four participants — enough to move quietly through the parcels without disturbing the work. The focus is observation: the winemaker moving through their land, the attention required to understand what vineyard microdiversity looks like examined at close range.
Each trip is organised around what is actually happening at the estate that day. The visit follows the real seasonal rhythm, not a planned itinerary.

Trips are organised on request, in coordination with the winemaker's seasonal calendar. Write to us with your preferred dates and which estate interests you — we will confirm availability and propose a programme.
Not a newsletter. A periodic record — sent when there is something specific to document: a new project, some help required, a new breakthrough in understanding the microdiversity. Sent to a small list of people who asked to receive them.
Field Notes also carry announcements: upcoming Community Exploration Trips, installation screening dates, new Year-Long Portrait projects as they begin.
Likeminded Souls
Winemakers, sommeliers, importers, conscious drinkers, and people drawn to the quiet cycles of the land — the community this work is built for and returned to across the seasons.
If you work with winemakers, if you are one, or if you care about vineyard microdiversity surviving long enough to be tasted by people who haven't been born yet: we'd like to know you.
